Direct Hire — this recruiting service is offered on a pre negotiated % fee and is contingency based and offers face to face interviewing, skills vetting and a complete background reference check.
Temp to Hire — all candidates submitted will be thoroughly vetted with their technical abilities through our Senior Technical Staff and then presented for consideration to customers. Background reference check will be completed prior to any hiring.
Project Consultation — these hires are for customers who require talent on staff for projects that won’t have a long period of performance; such as short term special projects, projects that are running behind schedule or when you need that special skilled person to accomplish a certain task. These resources are put through DMJ’s thorough vetting systems and a background reference check performed before hired.
