NAIHC LEGAL SYMPOSIUM
A Forum on Regulatory and Legal Issues
The National American Indian Housing Council, the only national Indian organization advocating solely on behalf of Indian housing issues, brings together more than 400 tribal housing professionals and attorneys to discuss legal and regulatory issues with fellow experts in the field. The goal of the Legal Symposium is to provide a forum to discuss regulatory and legal issues affecting tribal housing.
Legal issues are a major concern in tribal housing programs. NAIHC's annual Legal Symposium seeks to bring the tribal housing community together for discussions and information sharing on these important issues.
The NAIHC Legal Symposium is typically held in Las Vegas in early December. The attendance continues to grow – with more than 502 attendees in 2009, up from 450 attendees in 2008.
