Education and Public Outreach

Syneren recognizes that it is one of the ongoing goals of Government Science and Engineering divisions to serve the public through educational and informational data products that will lead to the ultimate enhancement of the nation's technology foundations and understanding of the world in which we live.

We support our customers as follows:

• Research the science and engineering information specific to the customer's mission and development of educational and public outreach websites with training materials, curriculum, training videos.
• E-newsletters and outreach through web services.
• Meeting international and external guidelines and mandates to enhance science-technology-math-engineering (STEM) education.
• Providing science data mining techniques and software for our customers to support local, national, and business leaders in policy development.
• Development and dissemination of K-12 and higher classroom and museum and educational materials to inspire and motivate students, teachers, and the public.
• Deployment of science data and understanding into decision support tools.
• Designing and enhancing internet portals to support STEM data and application dissemination for diverse groups.
• Understanding and using STTR and SBIR (Small Business Technology Transfer and Innovation Research) Programs to stimulate and facilitate implementation of technology development goals.
• New technology reporting and patent development.
