Our Philosophy

Our Unique Philosophy

  • A Customized Legal Approach
  • Dynamic and Flexible Solutions
  • Aggressive Litigation When Needed
  • Collaborative Approaches
  • Creative Solutions
Our philosophy on litigation and dispute resolution sets us apart. We focus on fully understanding each client’s unique needs and then strive to provide the ideal legal solution. There is no “one-size-fits-all” solution for every case.

Evaluating the Case

The first step to effectively resolving a legal dispute is thoroughly evaluating the case. Learning and developing the facts and evaluating the applicable law are essential components to any case evaluation. We ask the right questions to develop a deep understanding of each client’s circumstances, the adversary’s positions and motivations, and even the emotions that often underlie and fuel a dispute. With a thorough evaluation of the case, we can better assist our clients in navigating the legal issues they face.

Developing a Strategy

Some lawyers are zealous litigators, but devote too little time and attention to more collaborative approaches. Overly zealous litigators often overlook opportunities to settle a case out of court. At the other end of the spectrum, however, some lawyers are fearful of taking cases to trial and focus almost exclusively on trying to settle out of court. Moreover, many lawyers often fail to identify the simple, practical, or unconventional solutions that sometimes offer the best results. Not every case is best resolved in a courtroom.

We focus on implementing a dynamic and flexible approach to dispute resolution. Our lawyers strive to deploy the right approach at the right time, in every case. We believe in being ready whenever a case requires an aggressive and relentless litigation strategy. But we also recognize that litigation is not the right solution for all cases. Some cases are best resolved through collaboration or creative problem solving.
